NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Customer Delivery Executive III to join our team in Tampa, Florida (US-FL), United States (US).

 

The Client Delivery Executive (CDE) is the primary, accountable owner of the day-to-day customer relationship for Delivery Management Services for NTT Data and for our customers. The CDE will directly lead the efforts of assigned NTT Data Delivery personnel to the customer and ensure customer needs and contract requirements/Service Level Agreements are met.  The CDE will lead and manage NTT Data’s Delivery Management personnel responsible for the delivery of contracted services to customers and meeting financial commitments.

 

 

 

  Role Responsibilities

  • Ensuring overall client satisfaction.
  • Day-to-day management of delivery, issue resolution and effective risk management.
  • Working closely with the global practices to ensure high quality delivery.
  • Provide Client expectation management on all delivery related aspects while working closely with Client Manager and Group Delivery Executives.
  • Responsible for proactive productivity improvement, best practice implementation and innovation. 
  • Provide leadership for the entire delivery team across onsite, offshore and nearshore working closely with local teams and offshore/nearshore delivery managers.
  • Creation and active coaching of strong team structure working closely with the Group Delivery Executive.
  • Ensure succession planning and career progression for all individuals in the account.
    Support timely rotation of resources to and from the accounts working closely with GRM.
  • Work closely with Client Manager and Group Delivery Executive in the following activities:
    • AOP and Monthly forecast
    • Monthly activities like resource forecast, invoicing & revenue recognition
    • Optimal deployment and utilization of resources
  • Support Client Management and Sales Support Team for the development of all proposals.
  • Participate in the review of proposals to ensure that the proposals are of highest quality, achievable and competitive.
  • Sign off on behalf of Delivery, along with Group Delivery Executive, for the proposals submitted to the customer. 

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10+ years related experience with 4+ years delivery/management experience
  • 5+ years of experience with Health Care with thorough knowledge of industry best practices.
  • Experience in managing delivery in a matrix organization
  • Demonstrated capability to drive up profitability through optimization and productivity improvement initiatives
  • Experience working in a global delivery offshore model
  • Leadership or supervisory experience and the ability to lead others to achieve desired results, including:
    • Ability to lead others to improve work processes by assess individual performance and communicate assessments effectively
    • Ability to lead large cross-functional teams (often times global in nature)
  • Ability to establish goals and assist others to achieve goals and meet expectations
  • Knowledgeable across the spectrum of IT service delivery, notably infrastructure, service desk, end user / device services, and field services as proven by leading device refresh, device / hardware procurement and IT operations in a global model for an employee base >15,000 with a team of >100 staff
  • Skilled in scope, financial, resource, 3rd party and contract management as proven by 10+ years running an IT organization or overseeing IT vendors with a >$20m budget
  • Skilled in VP level conversation, negotiation and relationship building (both formal and informal) as evidenced by proven growth in role at an organization or growth at an account (as measured by revenue and profitability) as an employee of a system integrator
  • Skilled in building and retaining lasting and collegial relationships with client executive staff (VP and above) that enable open, transparent conversation and negotiation on behalf of NTT that support contractual obligations and financial expectations.
  • The ability to drive disciplined ITO delivery and operations, with on-going innovation / improvements as evidenced by Net Promoter or Customer Satisfaction scores and positive and applicable metrics / KPI results, as evidenced by a history of proven success serving as an organization (end customer) FTE
  • Ability to lead growth from the inside out of an account through well executed scope, change, and resource management through actual, self-initiated development of ideas, opportunity, proposals, and statements of work as evidenced by profitable account growth while working for a Top Tier IT consulting firm or as a senior manager of a Life Sciences / manufacturing organization.
  • Ability to communicate and work effectively within a matrixed organization
  • Solid technical foundation in the area of Digital workplace and End User Computing built up through experience

 

Preferences

  • Master’s Degree
  • Knowledgeable of the Life Sciences / Bio-Tech industry through experience working for a pharma or bio-tech organization at a management level for more than 7 years and a system integrator for more than 7 years
  • Project management experience spanning development projects and support teams
  • Experience with delivery components for account (P&L) Profit and Loss.  Ability to motivate, direct and lead large groups of people at all levels within the organization
  • Ability to identify and effectively and efficiently resolve employee performance problems or issues
