NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Senior Capture Executive to join our team in Vienna, Virginia (US-VA), United States (US).

 

 

Position Functions or Responsibilities:

 

NTTDATA Federal Services is currently seeking a Capture Executive who will be responsible for identifying, developing, and winning new business within the Sales organization. The Capture Executive is accountable for new business capture management, market analysis, strategy development, managing strategy execution, and monitoring capture maturity progress against organizational goals. This individual is responsible for partnering with the Sales Executive and engaging a multi-functional team.

 
•Responsible for developing market strategies within the DoD, Intelligence, Federal and Civil markets and implementing specific opportunity pursuit strategies, including teaming, solution (technical, management, and cost) development, pre-proposal staffing/development, etc.
•Lead the development, implementation, and successful execution of these winning capture strategies -- keeping the opportunity qualified.
•Responsible for maintaining ongoing communication with management to report status and facilitate sound business decisions.
•Fully accountable for all the activities related to the assigned capture opportunity through contract award. The position requires a high level of engagement with close partnerships across a matrixed organization. The successful Capture Executive is able to influence, motivate and drive results in high-pressure situations.
•Must demonstrate agile decision making, strategic thinking and ability drive the team to positive results.
•Must have demonstrated ability to make sound decisions in stressful business situations
•Must have demonstrated ability to work independently as well as within and as the lead of a high performance team; a highly motivated self-starter

Must have excellent oral and written communication skills

 

Required Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree with concentration in business, marketing, engineering or technical discipline highly preferred or equivalency.


•10+ years strategic planning and management experience and demonstrated capture management experience.

•15+ years of relevant experience.

Desired Qualificatons:

•10+ years of direct experience with the DoD, IC and Federal agencies operating in multiple markets
