NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Billing Analyst to join our team in Washington, District of Columbia (US-DC), United States (US).  Must have an Active Top Secret Clearance.



Individual shall assist the Government with management and distribution of equipment to  personnel and work locations. Assist the Government in managing costs and customer service levels by identifying customer needs, understanding equipment service requirements and developing accurate methods to track equipment. 


Expected to attend meetings, draft and review communications, correspond with Government Agents and other Contractors and provide other related services in the performance of this contract.  This includes, but is not limited to involvement with the activities listed below:

Work with client’s personnel and within Unit’s guidelines and procedures to process and track billing for client managed Telecommunications services. This includes reviewing client’s service provider statements, verifying that services billed are identical to services provided, processing payment and tracking the historical payments in the client’s approved data system. This includes receiving and or requesting invoices from the different telephone companies for all client locations.  Review invoices are correct based on the most recent information.  After the invoice is validated the Contractor shall complete an invoice submission form and submit it through a government reviewer for approval.

Work with the phone service provider to resolve any discrepancies and notify the government of an existing problems.


Assist the government in ordering Telecommunications services from the local telephone companies.  They shall ensure that the services are ordered and invoiced on the correct contract.  If a contract is not available they will work with the local phone company to recommend the appropriate contract vehicle.


Work with the government to audit all program services at each location annually.   This audit shall ensure services are still required and determine if additional services are needed at the location.  This information shall be used to validate the telephone invoices.  The information shall be updated in the TSU database


Perform all manner of administrative functions.  This includes taking notes, managing schedules, preparing reports, review and assign leads, the client’s next generation information and case management system and other similar duties. 


Notes shall be taken at unit meetings as required.  These notes shall then be distributed to all unit members.  A weekly expenditure report shall be downloaded to determine current expenditures within program.  The total monthly numbers shall be entered into a spreadsheet for analysis on spending trends.


Individual shall save expenditure reports for the appropriate fiscal year.  Audit information will be uploaded to the correct Access database.


Required Qualifications:

Top Secret Clearance Required

Must have 3-5 years of relevant experience

Undergraduate degree or combination of education and work experience.
