NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Budget Analyst to join our team in Washington, District of Columbia (US-DC), United States (US).



Qualified candidates will possess the financial, adminstrative and IT skills necessary to conduct the following:

  • Data entry: Receive, coordinate, and enter all financial transactions for the State and Local Overtime Program and Strike Force Operations Program into the Department of Justice Financial Management Information System. Enter all obligations, modification to obligations, and payments for the Programs, resulting in thousands of individual transactions.
  • Data Review: Support, review, and respond to inquiries from the nine OCDETF regional offices on the status of vendor obligations and expenditures.
  • Internal Process Review: Support annual Internal Process Assessment Reviews (IPARs) targeting specific state and local components with active reimbursable agreements in which overtime expenses are being incurred. This consists of reviews to ensure that state and local agencies comply with the State and Local Overtime and Authorized Expense/Strategic Initiative Programs Policies and Procedures Manual and the Strike Force/Strategic Initiative Operations Program Policies and Procedures Manual.
  • Audit Preparation: Support efforts with the preparation of internal and external audits. This includes retrieving supporting documentation for each sample, attending entrance and exit meetings, addressing questions related to audit supporting documentation, and assisting with corrective action activities.
  • ACH Process Refinement: Monitor and review the new ACH management system for the OCDETF Executive Office. This includes updating the ACH repository files to ensure vendor payments are processed using the most recent bank information.  In addition, this effort assists the Budget staff with the quality of the master vendor file to make all entries going forward to the appropriate standards and best practices.
  • Corrective Action Plan Creation: Implement corrective action plan priorities identified during internal audits, such as developing routing sheets for purchase cards to ensure adherence to current policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

Minimum Education and Experience: Bachelors Degree or 2 years of experience for each 1 year of degree required.
Active Clearance Required: Secret

3-5 years of relevant experience
