NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Technical Management Lead to join our team in Washington DC, District of Columbia (US-DC), United States (US).





  1. Provides technology management overseeing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and ITIL processes.
  2. Coordinating with other company and staff and agency customers, manages Availability and Capacity of IT environment.
  3. Responsible for integrity of Change and Configuration Management processes across enterprise.
  4. Manages design, configuration, and release of new features in IT environment.
  5. Coordinate digital advisory resources to accomplish customer initiatives including rationalization of asset and application portfolio, migration of applications and systems to cloud environments, development of IT environment improvements from concept to production system.
  6. Provides support for System Assessment & Authorization (SA&A) activities.
  7. Directs staff in the management of key environment automation tools such as Active Directory, SCCM, Centrify, Ivanti and Shavlik.
  8. Coordinate provision of support to address difficult issues in the IT environment; contribute to root cause determination for all critical severity IT incidents.
  9. Train, coach and mentor Infrastructure Service staff including career development.
  10. Ensure adequate coverage overseeing the scheduled working times and provide backup support.
  11. Provide written and oral reporting of group and infrastructure performance to company management and customer personnel and others in to satisfy scheduled and ad-hoc requirements.



  1. Must be US Citizen and possess or can obtain public trust clearance.
  2. Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related discipline (Bachelor’s degree only may be substituted with additional year of experience).
  3. Must have minimum 15 years’ experience.
  4. Must have at least one certification from the following:  Center for Technology & Management Education (CTME) System Architecture Certificate, Microsoft Certified Architect (MCA), CISCO Certified Architect (CCAr), Enterprise and Architecture Practitioner, Amazon Web Services (AWS) Certified Solution Associate - Professional, Certified IT Architect (CITA), SalesForce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), or ITIL Master Certificate.
