NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Delivery Manager to join our team in Washington, District of Columbia (US-DC), United States (US).

 

 

Job Description

 

This individual leads a staff of personnel supporting a large Navy program office in the undersea warfare domain, and serves as the primary coordinator of all contracted activities and interfaces. Excellent communication, customer service, and employee management skills are essential to successfully perform the duties of this position, as well as direct experience and knowledge of Navy program office technical, financial, and administrative practices. Duties include but are not limited to the following:

  • Provide and manage the delivery of administrative, technical, engineering, financial, logistics and acquisition support services
  • Provide direct support for operational technical reporting, acquisition planning, program requirement development and preparation of program briefs
  • Coordinate multiple flag level and leadership presentations and reports to various undersea warfare communities
  • Prepare and support the delivery of Planning Programming Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) documents, briefs, and formal responses
  • Work in a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) - position is located inside a SCIF with no windows or access to personal electronic devices

 

Required Qualifications

  • 10-12 years related experience

 

Education Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree (BS/BA) or equivalent combination of education and work experience

 

Security Clearance Requirement

  • Secret

 

Desired Qualities

  • Graduate degree preferred
  • 3+ years of managerial experience
  • 10+ years of project/program management experience
  • Advanced knowledge of software programs to include MS Office applications and business unit specific programs
  • Excellent writing, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to effectively respond to shifting and changing priorities of a complex nature
  • Exceptional client service skills
  • Advanced organization and time management skills
