.Duties: Responsible for the support of all deskside support technicians. Coordinates with HQ staff on change, incident resolution, and other support tasks. Manages customer support in the field to include management of local desktop staff and other infrastructure support staff.

 

Required Skills

10 + years of IT experience

5+ years’ experience technical support in Tier I, II

5+ years’ experience as a support team lead

 

This is a full-time salaried position with a group company within NTT DATA.  Please note, 1099 or corp-2-corp contractors will NOT be considered.
