NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Device Management Lead-Desktop Support to join our team in Washington, District of Columbia (US-DC), United States (US).

 

 

Key Skills, Experiences and Responsibilities:

 

Device Management Lead (Desktop Support) - responsible for desktop, mobility, and telephony field support (Tier II), and technology refresh. Responsible for workstation and mobility engineering. Primary manager responsible for Mission SM support. Manages to meet or exceed all customer-support SLAs. Primary manager responsible for customer satisfaction.  Provides effective leadership and personnel management to ensure positive team morale and efficient communications

 

  • Ability to communicate clearly, exhibit attentiveness and patience to ensure client success
  • Experience applying ITIL Service Management (ITSM) Processes
  • Experience with ServiceNow
  • CMDB best practices
  • EUC device image development and management
  • End-user deskside and remote support for CONUS and OCONUS assets
  • All EUC device installations, moves, and changes (IMAC)
  • Equipment refresh
  • Mobility (cell phone) provisioning and administration   
  • Surveys and trend analysis 

 

Required Qualifications:

 

  • Experience / Education: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Management,

       Security, Business, or other technology specific discipline is preferred

     

        4+ years’ experience with a Master’s Degree

        8+ years’ experience with a Bachelor’s Degree

       12+ years’ experience with an Associate’s Degree

                                              16+ years' experience with a High School Diploma
  • Must have an Active Secret Security Clearance

 

 

Desired Certifications:

 

  • ITIL Certification
  • ServiceNow
