We are currently seeking a Helpdesk Specialist to join our team in Washington, District of Columbia (US-DC), United States (US).

Duties Include:

  • Provide desktop assistance to all Team Program Office government and seated contractor employees to resolve information technology problems and issues; includes seating, unseating, and relocating employees with provision of desk, phone, peripherals and computer service to NMCI, NNPI, and SIPR services.
  • Order and reconcile inventory and accounts for assets, software, and telecommunications services apportioned to Program Offices to validate that payment is only for what it uses and resolve discrepancies
  • Provide fast track response to senior-level personnel with emergent IT issues
  • Perform maintenance for shredders in the Program Offices.
  • Maintain combination locks for access to secure systems
  • Local printer support (new tasking)

 

Minimum qualifications:

  • 5 years experience in a Helpdesk role
  • 5 years of DoD experience 
  • Secret Clearance

 

Preferred Qual:

Bachelor's Degree
