NTT DATA Services currently seeks a International and Program Support Analyst to join our team in Washington, District of Columbia (US-DC), United States (US).



Our team helps execute our clients' programmatic oversight of technology development efforts. The International and Program Support Analyst reports to the Program Manager and Assistant Program Manager for International Research & Development, and performs the following duties:


Provide support for international programs managed by the client program office.
Assists government lead in developing international agreements and supporting documentation to advance office international cooperation objectives.
Coordinate engagements with partner nations to include logistics, travel, schedule, and attendance.
Coordinate with the Navy International Programs Office (NIPO) and partner program offices on activities relevant to office’s international portfolio.
Assist in reviewing foreign visit and foreign disclosure requests.
Assist in developing office budget request and financial execution briefs to resource sponsor and Congress. 7. Develop background information papers, talking points, and presentations to support office engagements with senior U.S. Navy leadership, Congress, and foreign partners.
Prepare correspondence for office leadership and government lead, as required.
Conduct other duties as assigned by the Program Manager.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience

• 4+ years of relevant experience
• 4+ years’ client facing customer service
• Sufficient Combination of Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities to Perform Assigned Duties

Required Qualifications:
• Possess a DoD security clearance; a secret clearance preferred
• Experience with International Cooperation or Foreign Military Sales programs
• Demonstrated Effective Written and Spoken Communication Skills

Desired Skills:
• Demonstrated knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to Perform Discreet Tasks with a High Level of Attention to Detail
• Ability to Accept Constructive Input
• Program Management Office (PMO) Experience Preferred
• Experience in Support of Navy Programs




Must be able to travel domestically and internationally occasionally
