NTT DATA Services currently seeks a LCS Program Office Representative to join our team in Washington, District of Columbia (US-DC), United States (US).



Roles and Responsibilities:


The Littoral Combat Ship (LCS) Program Office (PMS 505) Representative will provide direct support and assist the PAPM Fleet Introduction (PMS 505BF) as directed. They shall:

  • Act in behalf of PMS 505BF at meetings, take actions and prepare briefs for PMS 505BF
  • Provide guidance relating to LCS 3M documentation, processes, and philosophy
  • Develop spreadsheets tracking agreed to changes and prepare history files with supporting rationale
  • Identify proposed changes to the customer for inclusion in Class Maintenance Plan
  • Identify Planned Maintenance System (PMS) changes requiring Special Issue or Force Revision
  • Attend meetings with the Ships Design Manager
  • Track and route Technical Feedback Reports (TFBR) responses coming to the Program Office for resolution
  • Provide support for Reliability-Centered Maintenance reviews conducted by the customer with In Service Engineering Agents and NAVSEA 05 representatives
  • Schedule and coordinate Planned Maintenance Systems (PMS) meetings as required with all pertinent/required activities
  • Highlight issues in the weekly special projects list requiring PMS 505BF attention


Must be able to travel occasionally


This position requires US Citizenship and a Secret clearance to start



  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required



  • Typically requires at least 10 years relevant experience without a Degree; 4+ years relevant experience with Undergraduate Degree; 3+ years relevant experience with Graduate Degree

Specific Skills

  • 10+ years experience in managing, writing, using, and/or revising Navy Planned Maintenance System (PMS)
  • 3+ years experience working with NAVSEA organization


Desired Skills

  • Qualification as Submarine or Surface Warfare Specialist /Officer while in US Navy, active duty
  • Knowledge of and experience applying Reliability-Centered Maintenance principles to maintenance program development
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in drafting correspondence in accordance with the Navy Correspondence Manual required
  • 3+ years experience with Excel and Power Point


Environmental Hazards

  • Occasional presence on board ships will be required.


Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to work shipboard for shipchecks and procedure validations in hard to reach areas.
