We are currently seeking a Organization Change Manager Director to join our team in Washington (100% REMOTE), District of Columbia (US-DC), United States (US).

 

Position Overview: 

NTT DATA is looking for an individual to support a critical United States Agency for International Development (USAID) program. This program will support the establishment of a central information hub to support the operations and management oversight of the USAID’s Next Generation Global Health Supply Chain Suite of Programs (NextGen). USAID’s global health efforts are focused to prevent child and maternal deaths, control the HIV/AIDS epidemic, control and eliminate malaria, increase and sustain access to safe, voluntary, high-quality family planning and reproductive health care, and combat infectious diseases.

Position's General Duties and Tasks:

In this role, the incumbent will provide expertise in leading the transition from existing GHSC contractors to the NextGen CT. The incumbent will lead the team in participating in the USAID-led Transition Working Group where they will work with representation from other incumbent implementing partners and the newly awarded Next Gen contractors as applicable. The incumbent will be responsible for all transition deliverables including the Transition and Data Migration Plan. To accomplish this, the incumbent will lead and manage a team of Organizational Change Management (OCM) experts to define strategic and tactical OCM approaches. The incumbent will ensure that OCM best practices are used to support the transition to and adoption of the Next Gen CT. 

 

Basic Qualifications: 

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation, performance management and reporting, and strategic communication

  • Minimum 3 years of managerial/leadership experience 

  • Undergraduate degree in computer science, business, engineering, or economics, or equivalent combination of education and work experience

  • Must be a US Citizen 

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Advanced knowledge of SC Supply Chain Management

For Colorado Candidates

In compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rules, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. For a candidate in the state of Colorado only, the starting pay range for this role is Min: $86,500 - Max: $158,500. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including actual work

location, relevant experience (internal or external), technical skills, and other qualifications.
