NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Physical Security Specialist to join our team in Washington, District of Columbia (US-DC), United States (US).



Qualified candidates will possess the financial, adminstrative and IT skills necessary to conduct the following:


  • Demonstrate knowledge of the Intelligence Community Department (ICD) 705 Sensitive Compartmentalized.Information Facility (SCIF) construction requirements and procedures though familiarity with the ICD 705 construction requirements, to include the mechanical and electrical requirements necessary to build a SCIF.
  • Demonstrate general building construction expertise to include knowledge of electrical wiring, building methods, HVAC systems, and blueprint in order to implement ICD 705 requirements.
  • Provide guidance related to Access Control, Intrusion detection systems, and defensive lock systems.
  • Perform Physical Security inspections to ensure SCIF meets ICD 705 requirements and electronically provide documentation of findings from the inspections to SecD.
  • Interpret blueprint construction drawings. Contractor shall review and understand construction drawings to ensure proposed construction methods are in accordance with SecD and ICD 705 requirements.
  • Participate in providing input and insight into the creation of Physical Security Inspections policies and standards.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of Interagency Security Committee standards, which establishes a baseline set of physical security measures to be applied to all federal facilities.
  • Must have at least 5 yrs: 

    • 5 yrs experience with Intelligence Community Department (ICD) 705 Sensitive Compartmentalized
    • 5 yrs Information Facility (SCIF) construction requirements and procedures
    • 5 yrs experience with  building construction expertise to include knowledge of electrical wiring, building methods, HVAC systems, and blueprint in order to implement ICD 705 requirements
    • Undergraduate Degree or equivalency

    An active TS/SCI Clearance is required for this position.
