NTT DATA Services currently seeks a System Administrator (Windows/Office 365) to join our team in Washington, District of Columbia (US-DC), United States (US).

 

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Engineering support of Hybrid On-Prem/Cloud Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Enterprise Office 365, Microsoft Skype for Business, Microsoft Office ProPlus, and Azure applications for productivity, E-Mail, broadcasts, and calendar services; and Microsoft In Tune, Apple Device Enrollment Program (DEP) and Blackberry for Mobile Device Management (MDM) services.
  • Provide quality customer service, troubleshooting, resolution, restoration, provisioning, and availability of Mail and MDM services to end users.
  • Fulfill requests and restore issues based on urgency, impact, and priority SLAs.
  • Ensure timely fulfillment of requested Mail and MDM services for role-based access, permissions, distribution lists, e-mail broadcasts, conference room privileges, mailboxes, calendars, and other functionality using Microsoft administration tools including PowerShell.
  • Coordinate change and release of Mail and MDM services, functions, patches, and upgrades in production including design, architecture, configuration, communications, testing, implementation, monitoring and operations.
  • Provide knowledge articles, training, and demonstration to Services Desk and end users.
  • Follow ITIL-based incident, event, problem, configuration and change management processes.
  • Troubleshoot, root cause analysis, and apply workarounds and resolutions with IT Application Hosting and Infrastructure teams and third party product vendors.
  • Assess security vulnerabilities and incidents, and implement patches, upgrades, and e-mail blocking remediation reducing threats and risks.
  • Participate in 24/7/365 rotation of on-call support with engineering team.
  • Work with server, network, database, and storage administrators for routine operations.
  • Participate in disaster recovery planning, preparation, testing and documentation.
  • Be a highly cohesive team member and a change agent while serving as a consultant.

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years Windows/Systems Administration 
  • 5+ years experience with Office 365
  • US Citizen
