Job Duties

Develop, implement and maintain quality web sites and applications on a Linux, Apache, MySQL and PHP (LAMP) stack, using web and multimedia development and presentation tools to include but not limited to: HTML, CSS, PHP, CGI, XML/XSLT, JSP, JAVA, Java Script, Ajax, XHTML, Perl, Flash, Adobe Creative Suite, Google search, and MySQL database. Create multimedia, including photo galleries, slide shows, logos, and videos embedded in Web pages, and post videos on Adobe Flash media servers.


Technical expert on all aspects of web architecture, web site user interface design, web development, multimedia, social media (web 2.0), search, measurement, documentation, testing, implementation, configuration and change management. Architects, designs and develops the core system components of the web sites and applications.


Serves as the onsite team lead, provides guidance to other team members, and assists the client in the planning and execution of tasks and schedule.




  • 7+ years’ experience in architecting, designing and developing  web sites and pages, conforming to user requirements and EGSS established style guides.
  • 7+ years’ experience with .NET
  • 7+ year’ experience with SQL Server, HTML, CSS, PHP, CGI, XML/XSLT, JSP, JAVA, Java Script, Ajax, XHTML, Perl, Flash, Adobe Creative Suite, Google search, and MySQL database, ASP.NET Web Forms and MVC
  • Prepare web content for accessibility and compliance with Section 508 guidelines.
  • Ability to use secure web site coding and development practices.
  • Experience in being part of a SDLC compliant team
  • Experienced in being part of a continuous integration and delivery team
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with demonstrated interpersonal abilities. 



  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science
  • Masters’ degree preferred


























This is a full-time salaried position with a group company within NTT DATA.  Please note, 1099 or corp-2-corp contractors will NOT be considered.
