Basic Qualifications


5 years of Desktop Specialist-Microsoft System Center-Configuration Manager/SCCM-Infrastructure/Hierarchy Planning, Implementation, and Management

 

We want a Desktop Specialist-Imaging-Imaging-SCCM OSD Task Sequence, MDT/SCCM Operating System Deployment

 

Leadership- Communications- Effectively interacts with a broad spectrum of individuals demonstrating global and cultural awareness

 

Require 5 years of Support Specialist-End user support-Desktop support-Windows operating system  Local and Network Installation, Internet explorer, TCP/IP, DHCP, Device Manager, Registry editor, User Manager, Admin Commands

 

We need Service Mgmt Specialist-Service Mgmt-Service Mgmt-Remedy, Service Now, Excel, PowerPoint and MS SharePoint, Atrium, FIT and ITAM, Crystal, MS Query

 

     Position duties.

  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for the entire CM environment, as well as all end user device hardware, software, and corporate compliance
  • Manage, fully steward, develop, and maintain device OS builds, WaaS, deploy software on end user devices, and provide thorough documentation on all current and newly implemented technologies 
  • Plan and implement the cadence of infrastructure upgrades needed to support global Windows builds, and support the Windows 10 servicing model by proactivity testing OS, Apps, Drivers, etc. (Modern Management)
  • Responsible for the design and engineering of the overall global architecture, design, planning and implementation of all desktop technical solutions in a Microsoft Windows and multi-vendor application environment
  • Implement technical innovation and tool stacks, as may be delivered from the NTT DWS Platform engineering team(s), at this customer
  • Functionally lead a team of assigned resources to support all production break-fix activities, maintenance, project support, mobile and endpoint devices for operational efficiencies and effectiveness 
  • Provide the team technical oversight to ensure the team will analyze, troubleshoot, and repair all computer desktop hardware and software incidents and fulfill service requests/work orders 
  • Act as a technical advisor to project teams, providing special technical expertise as required
  • Coordinate work and communications across multiple teams to upgrade back-end global infrastructure (Server O/S, SQL Version, WSUS, Network) 
  • Support and lead assigned Desktop Engineering critical projects, manage the work and tasks to completion, including conducting meetings, creating/maintaining schedules, leading project teams, and updating documentation
  • Assist with the resolution of incident tickets that are escalated for Tier 3 support from the Service Desk for the Desktop Engineering Team
  • Proven experience in all aspects of imaging and application deployment to end user devices (i.e. desktops, laptops, tablets), including configuration, customization, implementation, testing, changes and operational support of the operating system and all deployed desktop applications, drivers, and patches
  • IT experience that includes operations, engineering, and architecture services in large-scale global enterprises, and demonstrated experience with all phases of the project life cycle

 

Required Skills/Technical Skills

  • Ability to produce complex documentation of new or proposed systems, methodologies, processes, or structures
  • Ability to share and document knowledge within the work team, providing for cross-training, career progression, and balance of work.
  • Solid communication and client interaction skills are required - this is intended as a customer-facing position.
