NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Director of Sales to join our team in Woodbridge, New Jersey (US-NJ), United States (US).

 

 

Director of Sales, Strategic Staffing

The Director of Sales, Strategic Staffing is a key player in growing revenue in and around the surrounding region.  The person will need to be familiar with the territory and have experience building a regional office from the ground up.   The person in this role will need to understand a prospective client’s business objectives and be able to articulate staffing strategies that will assist in our sales approach to meet the client’s needs.  Additional duties include the following;

  • Devise and implement regional business sales strategies to ensure opportunities are internally supported for sales success
  • Service existing accounts and open new clients
  • Keep up with industry trends by attending functional / industry networking venues
  • Assist in writing proposals and creating presentations for new opportunities in the region
  • Bring in new sales and recruiting staff as region grows. Role is expected to evolve into branch VP role. 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5+ years experience managing a sales team in the IT staffing industry
  • Minimum of 5+ years direct selling experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills  
  • Must have a proven track record selling IT staffing
  • Experience in understanding business challenges, presenting custom solutions and negotiating service agreements
  • Coordinating with internal management and delivery teams
  • Must be well versed in methodologies for selling solutions and building long-term account relationships
  • Four year college degree in business related discipline strongly preferred
