NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Sr. Java Developer and System Analyst to join our team in Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey (US-NJ), United States (US).

 

 

    • Good Experience in handling multiple (parallel) project tasks
      • Able to shift focus between projects without affecting project timelines
    • IT experience:
      • > 5 years of System Analyst
      • > 5 years of coding experience
      • > 5 years of J2EE and SQL experience
      • A fair level of cross platform/technology ‘understanding’
        • Cognos, Informatica, Oracle, DB2, Mainframe, IIB, PL/SQL, MQ
      • Must have following commitment (but not limited to) to the success of the project
        • Agreement to be fully involved only in the tasks assigned .
        • Quickly able to familiarize/understand BMWNA IT landscape and architecture
        • Easily adaptable to work in waterfall or agile methodologies
        • Work closely in coordination with PL/BA
        • Able to proactively identify issues/concerns and Promptly handle or escalate them to BA/PL to avoid project delays
        • Easily approachable and flexible to project needs
      • Write code, Perform code analysis, review to ensure requirements are fulfilled
      • Able to perform technical and code level analysis on various impacted systems for the project
      • Review and understand all Business Requirements
        • Assist in technically clarifying Business Requirements
      • Construct ITPM artifacts : System Proposal, Interface Contracts, System Design, etc
        • Conduct Facilitated Reviews; Work with Architects, DBA, SUM, Developers
      • Inspect Unit/QA/UAT test cases, etc.
        • Work with QA Team, SUM, Developers
      • Construct Implementation Plan, Rollback Plan, Turnover Documents, etc
        • Work with Operation Team, SUM, Developers
        • Manage all code builds and releases; Generate Code review reports (Sonar, Diff)
      • Manage QA/UAT defect corrections by Developers; Assist in setting up Data for UAT and QA
      • Coordinate with SUM to facilitate the Change Ticket approval process, KT sessions, etc
      • Run the deployment on GOLIVE and hypercare defect fixes.
      • Other tasks when stipulated by Project Lead during the project life cycle.
      • Excellent communication skill and ‘technical’ writing skill
