NTT DATA Services currently seeks a IT Team Lead - Delivery Specialist Advisor to join our team in Worcester, Massachusetts (US-MA), United States (US).



Desired individual will work onsite as an NTT DATA employee at one of our client hospitals.  They will have direct interaction with the hospital's administrative team and be responsible for the IT infrastructure and daily operations.  They will be required to oversee operational executive to include resource and project management for the department.  They will also be responsible for oversight of the department operations regarding healthcare regulatory compliance programs.  They will also oversee the service management program to include tracking and closure of service and change management requests. They will serve as the project lead for hospital IT infrastructure projects.


Required Experience & Desired Skill Sets:


  • 8+ years of experience specifically in leading resources responsible for clinical or financial systems, hardware, network infrastructure or service management
  • Experience working in a hospital environment
  • Knowledge of hospital clinical, business and physician systems
  • Experience with healthcare regulatory compliance programs (HIPAA and other security/audit compliance requirements)
  • Ability to plan, control and supervise multiple IT projects and activities simultaneously
  • Exceptional customer service orientation at the C-level -Bachelor's Degree
  • Prefer IT professional certification and/or HIMSS affiliation
  • Experience with Meditech Clinical Applications
  • Previous experience working in a matrix or leveraged environment
  • Service Provider and Vendor management experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent level of Education and Experience.
