We are currently seeking a Services IT Dev. Program Sr. Associate I to join our team in bengaluru, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

A)    Responsibilities

•    Monitoring Vcenter, Daily health check-up’s, monitoring datastore utilization and take actions accordingly.

•    Performing Snapshots creation and deletion activities, increasing CPU and memory as per resource availability, including monitoring of system health and performance

•    Provide 24x7 support for shift coverage.

•    Understanding the SLA and acknowledging the tickets

•    Analyse Datastore space related issue, CPU/memory utilization issue, perform Vmotion

B)    Skills & Qualifications

•    upto 1 year experience on VMware 6.0,6.5, 6.7 and 7.0/Above versions in VMware vSphere.

•    Knowledge of ESXI hosts

•    Knowledge of incident and service request management.

•    Knowledge of Templates, Snapshots, Cloning, Migrations, vMotion and svmotion

•    Experience working with Linux, Windows & Unix servers.

•    Excellent written and verbal communication, problem solving skills

•    Knowledge of any of the ticketing tool SOM, RTMS.

•    Flexible, team player, “get-it-done” personality

•    Ability to work independently (SOP based Activities), with little or no direct supervision.

•    Basic ITIL foundation, Continual Service Improvement and Total Quality Management experiences.

C)    Nice to Have: (Optional)

•    Knowledge of scripting.

•    Basic Knowledge of any of the cloud technology

•    Experience supporting server related activities.

•    MCSA Windows Certification or MCP Windows Certification ,VCA(VMware Certified Associate) certifications a plus

D)    Preferred Education:

•    Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent with full time degree
