We are currently seeking a Sr. Quality Assurance Medicaid Consultant to join our team in Albany, New York (US-NY), United States (US).
The Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst is a member of the NTT DATA QA team that provides assessment and evaluation of vendor performance and deliverable. The QA Analyst works at the direction of the State Project Director and NTT DATA QA Project Manager.
Responsibilities of this role include:
- Support all project phases of the Medicaid Enterprise Systems (MES) program during the planning, implementation, and/or maintenance and operations, as assigned
- Develop customer deliverables in accordance with contract requirements and company documentation standards
- Research and provide recommendations to the client on critical business decisions
- Review and assess project documents, contract, and artifacts for quality, completeness, compliance, and effectiveness
- Review vendor deliverables such as, transition plan, disaster recovery, other deliverables outlined in the contract and its amendments
- Drive improved quality of products and services through application of continuous improvement
- Collaborate with QA Project Manager and QA team to develop, implement, and improve innovative QA capabilities, approaches, and services
- Develop QA deliverables as assigned
- Interact effectively with both customer business and technical team members
- Build repeatable processes to evaluate vendor deliverables effectively with a high level of accuracy.
- Ensure identified processes and methodologies are executed and followed
- Review vendor contract documentation
- Evaluate vendor contractual Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance
- Review draft invoices for correctness, consistency, and contractual compliance
- Perform a quality review of technical documentation and reports for consistency and correctness for intended purpose
- Contribute content to Monthly Status Report
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical, healthcare or management field or an Associate’s degree and at least 5 years of relevant working experience
- 3+ years of Quality Assurance and Assessment experience, or 5+ years of experience in providing evaluation and project auditing services in Human Services or healthcare IT industry
- Knowledge of and experience with PMBOK, PMI, or state Project Management Methodology used to evaluate products and services
- 3+ years of experience working on large, complex system projects
- 2+ years of experience working with an MMIS, Data Warehouse, eligibility, or large healthcare systems
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis and working with technical teams
- 50% on-site requirement in Albany, NY
Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $89,032- $135,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
