We are currently seeking a Program Manager (ServiceNow) to join our team in Alexandria, Virginia (US-VA), United States (US).


NTT DATA is seeking a Senior Program Manager that will support one of our key Federal Programs in our Washington DC/Northern Virginia location which is currently remote supported. The ideal candidate for this position should have direct onsite federal government program management experience providing IT Operations, Finance, Client Relationship Building, Sales, Contracts, and Personnel Management. This account focuses on application development, implementation, and maintenance of the ServiceNow Platform to support a customer base of over 1800 agency staff and 250,000 external customers.  The position is responsible for Program Strategy, Base Purchase Agreement and Task Order Delivery Management, Program Management and Performance, Communication Management, Customer Satisfaction, Deliverable and Status Reporting, and Account Leadership. IT Infrastructure support for an enterprise-level program.  The ideal candidate has demonstrated information technology expertise and communications skills to be able to interface with all levels of management.

The candidate manages program/technical support operations involving multiple projects/task orders and personnel at diverse locations.



  • Organizes directs and coordinates the planning and execution of all program/technical support activities.
  • Plans and manages the transition of several highly technical projects to production usage.
  • Establishes and assesses staff skillset against tasks and customer priorities and adjusts as necessary to effectively direct program/technical support activities.
  • Meets and confers with Government management officials regarding the status of specific program/technical activities as well as problems, risks, issues, or conflicts requiring resolution. 
  • Serves as senior program liaison to the client’s customers; maintains customer contacts to ensure conformity to all contractual obligations
  • Defines and manages program strategy to align with business strategy of the customer; influences customer strategy to foster innovation and growth of the customer in a trusted partnership relationship.
  • Directs the planning and management of the program and retains overall responsibility for performance including cost, schedule, deliverables, and contractual compliance.
  • Responsible for the overall success of the program/projects and ensures goals and standards are successfully implemented.
  • Manage a team including subcontractors across distributed locations to ensure cost, schedule, and quality delivery through innovative solutions. 
  • Interface with the client stakeholders and provide trusted advice and recommendations.


Basic Qualifications:

  • 8 years of experience managing large Federal Government IT programs, leading teams of more than 25 staff who may operate remotely.
  • 5 years experience managing ServiceNow implementation and maintenance programs
  • PMP certified
  • ITIL Foundation certified
  • ServiceNow Certifications
  • Must live in the DC Metro area
  • Masters Degree in computer science, information systems, or mathematics.
  • Must be US citizen
