We are currently seeking a Oracle Apex Developer to join our team in Alexandria, Virginia (US-VA), United States (US).

This role will be a virtual position, but will require occasional onsite presence.  Analyzes and evaluates application requirements to determine appropriate systems software solutions. With systems and users requirements in mind, designs, evaluates, codes, configures, tests and documents applications utilizing relevant programming language. Participates in implementation, roll out, migration, integration, upgrades, testing, performance tuning, research and development. Documents procedures for installation and maintenance. Incorporates state-of-the-art concepts and practices to facilitate system functionality and facilitate continuous improvement.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Supports the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) process
• Implement Oracle APEX features and services for rapid application development
• Provides expertise in support of writing and maintaining JavaScript source code, including all activities that are involved from the conception of the desired Oracle APEX front-end software functionality.
• Perform software maintenance and enhancements of existing applications.
• Reviews requirements documentation for accuracy and practicality of implementation, design, and development the application, and provide support for correcting any errors identified through system testing.
• Create detailed documentation for existing and new applications.
• Working knowledge of project management concepts
• Possession of excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Customer Service Oriented

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience with Agile programming and CI/CD
• Currently active Secret clearance.
