NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Project Control Officer to join our team in Alexandria, Virginia (US-VA), United States (US).

 

 

Financial Operations (Core) Directly responsible for leading the preparation of:

  • Annual Budget
  • Quarterly Forecast
  • Customer invoicing
  • Financial reporting/analysis to support Account
  • -level decision making - Customer Invoicing Compliance
  • Deliverables Management and Reporting
  • Contract Compliance Tracking
  • Task Tracking (Time and Cost)

 

Time Reporting / Burn Rate Reporting Responsible for the financial review & oversight of all the account’s projects including:

  • Monthly Customer Invoicing 
  • Estimates to complete (ETC) for projects
  • Accruals review - At risk documentation 
  • Monthly variance reporting
  • Responds to recurring and ad hoc DSFG CFO financial information requests
  • Reviews and approves cost/price proposals for appropriate application of rate structure, reasonableness of projected margins, correct application of GWAC/MAS/BPA labor categories/rates, correct buildup of new rates, etc. Applies or obtains finance approvals consistent with level of bid.

 

Manages substantial contract support operations involving multiple projects/task orders and personnel at diverse locations. Organizes, directs, and coordinates the planning and execution of all contract support activities. Has demonstrated communications skills with all levels of management. Establishes and alters (as necessary) management structure to effectively direct contract support activities. Meets and confers with Government management officials regarding the status of specific procurement activities as well as problems, issues, or conflicts requiring resolution. Is capable of negotiating and making binding decisions for the company. Serves as the Contractor counterpart for the Government Contracting Officer.

 

Must Have

  • 5+ year of Financial Program Management
  • 5+ years in government finance
  • 3+ years’ experience with FAR/DFAR
  • Expert level experience working with Microsoft Excel

 

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree + 5 years’ experience 
  • High School Diploma + 11 years’ experience
