Systems Integration Senior Specialist

Responsibilities

• Project planning & scoping — Define scope, timelines, milestones, resource plans, and delivery approach for software projects.

• Execution management — Lead day‑to‑day project activities, track progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery.

• Stakeholder communication — Maintain clear communication with clients, leadership, and internal teams through status reports, reviews, and escalation management.

• Team coordination — Work closely with engineering, QA, design, DevOps, and support teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution.

• Budget & cost control — Monitor project budgets, forecast resource needs, and ensure financial health of the project.

• Quality assurance — Ensure adherence to engineering standards, testing processes, and delivery best practices.

• Change & risk management — Identify risks early, maintain mitigation plans, and manage scope changes through structured processes.

• Client relationship management — Build trust with clients, understand their goals, and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

• Process improvement — Contribute to refining delivery frameworks, templates, and best practices.

• Strong understanding of SDLC, agile methodologies, and software delivery processes.

• Experience managing cross‑functional teams in a technology environment.

• Ability to create and manage project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and documentation.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

• Proficiency with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Confluence, or similar.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, or equivalent experience.
