We are currently seeking a Guidewire Claims SME (Offshore Delivery Lead) to join our team in Anywhere, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Manager with deep Guidewire ClaimCenter expertise to lead offshore delivery for a multi‑year transformation initiative focused on building a scalable, digital, and AI‑enabled Claims operating model. This role will be accountable for managing teams, guiding solution design, ensuring delivery excellence, and partnering closely with onshore product, business, and technology leads.

The ideal candidate brings strong hands‑on Guidewire Claims experience, knowledge of modern digital architectures, and the ability to shape next‑generation claims capabilities powered by automation, AI, data, and a connected ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities

1. Guidewire ClaimCenter Delivery Leadership

  • Lead end‑to‑end offshore delivery for ClaimCenter configuration, integration, enhancements, and support.
  • Oversee solution design, backlog execution, sprint planning, and quality assurance.
  • Ensure alignment with global architecture standards and Guidewire best practices.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring for Guidewire Claims teams.

2. Build a Scalable & Future‑Ready Claims Operating Model

  • Drive delivery aligned to the vision of a scalable, digital, and optimized Claims operating model.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to translate business needs into ClaimCenter features and workflows.
  • Support process simplification, digitization, and automation across key claims processes.

3. Modern Technology Architecture & Ecosystem Enablement

  • Partner with architecture teams to implement a modern, modular technology landscape with ClaimCenter as a core platform.
  • Support integration with CRM, portals, data platforms, and digital channels.
  • Ensure solutions are cloud-ready, API-driven, and designed for long-term scalability and resilience.

4. AI‑First & Human‑in‑the‑Loop Claim Experiences

  • Work with data and AI teams to embed AI-driven decision support, triage, and automation.
  • Implement human‑in‑the‑loop workflows that enable adjusters to work smarter, not harder.
  • Ensure responsible AI practices, transparency, and governance in claims decisioning.

5. Connected Claims Ecosystem & External Data Integration

  • Enable integration with external data partners (loss data, FNOL feeds, telematics, weather, fraud analytics, etc.).
  • Drive connectivity with insurtechs and third‑party claims service providers.
  • Ensure seamless user experiences and data flow across the ecosystem.

6. Team, Vendor & Stakeholder Management

  • Manage offshore delivery teams (Guidewire configuration, integration, QA, DevOps).
  • Coordinate closely with onshore teams, business SMEs, vendors, and product partners.
  • Provide leadership updates, manage risks/issues, and ensure predictable delivery.

Qualifications & Experience

Required

  • 10–12 years of IT experience with strong Guidewire ClaimCenter expertise (configuration, integrations, rule authoring, architecture awareness).
  • Experience delivering Guidewire Claims implementations or large-scale enhancements.
  • Strong understanding of property & casualty insurance claims processes.
  • Proven experience managing offshore technology delivery teams.
  • Strong skills in agile delivery, backlog management, and sprint execution.

Preferred

  • Experience with modern digital architecture (APIs, microservices, cloud, event-driven patterns).
  • Exposure to CRM systems, digital portals, and enterprise data platforms.
  • Experience with AI/ML use cases in claims, workflow automation, and digital claims tools.
  • Familiarity with insurtech integrations and external data sources for claims.
