We are currently seeking a Industry Consulting Consultant to join our team in Anywhere, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring seamless system integration and alignment with business objectives. This role requires a strong background in gathering and refining requirements, API design, data model mapping, and system integration, as well as experience with databases and testing processes.

Experience: 7+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

 • Collaborate with Product Owners and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. • Produce necessary artifacts during requirement refinement, such as user stories, process flows, and system diagrams. • Ensure alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. • Manage system integration requirements, ensuring smooth communication and data flow between systems. • Work on API design, including defining endpoints, payloads, and integration specifications. • Perform data model mapping to ensure consistency and accuracy across systems. • Conduct API testing to validate functionality and ensure compliance with requirements. • Utilize databases such as DB2 SQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB for data analysis and validation. Required Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in system integration projects. • Strong understanding of API design, data model mapping, and system integration principles. • Hands-on experience with API testing tools (e.g., Bruno, Swagger) and Webservices (JSON). • Proficiency in databases, including DB2 SQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB. • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence). • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to produce clear and comprehensive documentation and artifacts. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. • Knowledge of project management methodologies, with a preference for SCRUM. Desirable Skills: • Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing competing priorities. • Knowledge of system architecture and high-level design principles. • Experience in creating test cases and supporting QA processes.
