We are currently seeking a IT Catalog Manager - REMOTE to join our team in Arlington (REMOTE), Virginia (US-VA), United States (US).

Job Summary: 

The Senior Catalog Manager leads the Service Catalog efforts within Business Relationship Management under the Service Delivery Line of Business, maintaining and enhancing a central repository of IT services, including software and hardware options, to provide a user-friendly platform for browsing, requesting, ordering, and self-installing approved items. With expertise in managing and enhancing IT service catalogs and strong organizational and planning skills, this role ensures the catalog aligns with business needs and supports efficient resource management. Familiarity with ITSM tools and self-service portals, combined with the ability to ensure user-friendly service catalog design, facilitates automation and streamlined workflows. By collaborating with stakeholders, the Senior Catalog Manager drives proactive IT support, fosters collaboration, and meets performance requirements such as updating the Service Catalog to enhance stakeholder awareness and customer experience. 

 

Job Duties:

  • Manage and maintain the IT Service Catalog to ensure accuracy, usability, and alignment with organizational goals. 
  • Design and enhance user-friendly catalog interfaces that support self-service and automation. 
  • Implement best practices for catalog governance and workflow optimization. 
  • Monitor catalog performance, update content regularly, and provide insights to improve stakeholder awareness and customer experience.
  • Utilize ServiceNow to support service delivery and maintain compliance with standards.  
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools and self-service portal
  • Ability to ensure user-friendly service catalog design
Basic Qualifications: 
  • Minimum 8 years of professional experience. 
  • Bachelor degre
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Knowledge of ITIL principles and best practices. 
  • Experience with workflow automation and integration of IT services. 
 
 
Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $95,918 - $222,031. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short and long term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally-required benefits.
