We are currently seeking a Audio Visual (AV) Deskside Technician to join our team in Arlington, Virginia (US-VA), United States (US).

Job Summary: 

The HQ AV Deskside Technician provides specialized audiovisual support within Deskside Services at Headquarters under Mission and Site Support Services in the Service Delivery Line of Business, focusing primarily on ensuring the proper functioning of conference room technologies while also incorporating general deskside duties to maintain IT reliability and minimize disruptions during meetings, conferences, or events. Leveraging expertise in audiovisual equipment setup and troubleshooting, along with knowledge of conference room technologies such as computers, audio systems, and large screen displays, this role assists customers with scheduled rooms to verify that all components work seamlessly together and performs periodic proactive inspections to prevent issues like inadvertent disconnections. Strong problem-solving skills for AV integration and connectivity issues, combined with proficiency in hardware and software troubleshooting, enable quick resolutions and setup assistance for facilitating events. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow, and the ability to provide timely on-site support ensure positive user experiences, while contributing to comprehensive site support that enhances productivity and operational efficiency across headquarters facilities.
