NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Configuration Management Specialist to join our team in Arlington, Virginia (US-VA), United States (US).

 

 

NTT DATA Federal is seeking a career oriented Configuration Management Analyst (CMA) to support the growing needs of a federal client.  The CMA will support ongoing development of, and administration of, the government client's configuration management program.  The person in this position works across all teams to ensure quality and accuracy within the configuration management program while continuously improving the processes and standards.
 
Configuration Management Analyst Responsibilities
Process, track, update, maintain and close Software Change Requests (SCR) and Software Change Proposals (SCP)
Manage Configuration Items and Identification logs
Perform audits, assessments and CMDB health checks 
Document CM processes and procedures
Prepare CM metrics and KPIs related to overall success and effectiveness of the CM program
Update/maintain CM SharePoint sites and document libraries
Respond to CM data calls and participate in CM meetings
 
Experience
5+ years relevant experience performing/supporting Configuration Management efforts with an undergraduate degree; 9+ years relevant experience with an Associates Degree; 13+ years relevant experience with high school diploma
2+ years of experience working in a high volume, operations environment
2+ years of experience with ITIL processes in fast-paced environment
2+ years of experience communicating with customers at all levels
3+ years of customer service experience
Excellent communications skills, including the ability to write concise analysis summaries and actions reports
Strong organization skills
MUST HAVE A SECRET CLEARANCE
 
Desired Skills
ITILv3 Foundation Certificate
Experience using ServiceNow ITSM (any version)
Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager
Microsoft Team Foundation Serve
Cisco Prime
