NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Governance ISM to join our team in Arlington, Virginia (US-VA), United States (US).




- Responsible to train and mentor team members and government staff in IT Governance best practices
- Responsible for IT metrics and development of key performance indicators, criterion, and critical success factors for IT investments
- Responsible for design and implementation of enterprise standards and best practices in governance
- Responsible for System Development Life Cycles (SDLCs)
- Attends and participates within the Change Control Board/Change Approval Board (CCB/CAB) meetings as needed
- Responsible for governance documentation including but not limited to SOPs

- US Citizenship required
- Demonstrate an understanding of critical IT processes and how those processes impact IT's efficiency and effectiveness, including IT change management
- Previous consulting experience with Federal Agencies
- Familiarity with federal government systems and operations
- Experience and deep knowledge with the following frameworks: ITIL, ITIM, ISO/IEC 27002
- Exhibit strong collaboration skills with the ability to positively influence all levels of management
- Ability to multi task, work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Knowledge of configuration management practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an eye for attention to detail for policy documentation
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Aptitude for working autonomously and prioritizing workload to achieve goals
- Requires BS degree plus 8 years of relevant work experience. Education Substitution:  For each year of degree required, 2 years of experience may be substituted.

Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP certification
