NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Help Desk Manager to join our team in Arlington, Virginia (US-VA), United States (US).



Help Desk Manager needed to lead federal client's Help Desk operations. Resource will supervise the Help Desk team and provide technical support services and troubleshooting to customers located across the country, managing the ticket system tracking, administration, and reporting.  The position will ensure the configuration of all client desktop hardware and software systems and ongoing maintenance.  A Top Secret Clearance is required.


Experience required includes:

• Experience leading Customer Help Desk support operations and providing problem resolution across multiple on-site and remote locations
• Experience with Help Desk Ticket System administration, management, and reporting
• Knowledge of server domain administration, server and desktop patching, and vulnerability remediation
• Experience with the coordination of upgrades, outages, and service interruptions across multiple functional teams
• Experience authoring SOP and system documentation
• Strong communications skills



-  Top Secret Clearance

-  Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science/Engineering or related field or equivalency

-  10 years of relevant experience
