We are currently seeking a Senior .Net Tech Lead / SME (FTE/Onsite) to join our team in Arlington, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

Day-to-Day Job Duties / Core Responsibilities

• Perform solution and software architecture reviews to ensure the digital payment platform is scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise and industry standards.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to Software Engineering Pods, ensuring adherence to architectural principles, coding standards, and best practices.
• Develop and implement robust, scalable, and flexible full-stack solutions supporting modernization and integration initiatives within the digital payment’s ecosystem.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales Engineering, and cross-functional teams to support pre-sales activities, including effort estimations, drafting technical proposals, and participating in client presentations.
• Propose integration strategies for third-party and internal systems with a focus on interoperability, performance, and reliability.
• Work closely with engineering teams and customer stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and design solutions for existing and proposed platform components.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including diagrams, specifications, architecture decision logs, and technical standards.
• Conduct regular code reviews to ensure alignment with design intent, security requirements, and quality benchmarks.
• Engage with cloud, DevOps, and platform engineering teams to develop joint solutions and support go-to-market or internal deployment initiatives.
• Serve as a key technical liaison to business, product, and leadership stakeholders, ensuring technical solutions align with business objectives.

Basic Qualifications 

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in full-stack .NET development (C#, ASP.NET Core) spanning front-end, back-end, and application architecture.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience designing, architecting, and delivering enterprise-grade solutions across application, integration, and infrastructure layers.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience conceptualizing, architecting, or modernizing cloud-based or microservices-driven platforms (Azure or AWS preferred).

Nice to Have

• Project lead or engineering lead experience overseeing onshore/offshore development teams.
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as Angular or React.
• Familiarity with DevOps tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
