NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Delivery Executive - Large Manufacturing Client - Atlanta, GA to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia (US-GA), United States (US).



Role Responsibilities:


The Delivery Executive will provide direction and guidance for operations, administration, and results for a large manufacturing client that is located in Atlanta, GA.   

  • Lead the efforts of account delivery personnel to ensure customer needs and contract requirements/SLAs are met
  • Overall ownership of assigned customer relationship
  • Develop account plan for the line of business in coordination with the Customer Executive who owns the integrated, final plan
  • Ensure that full life cycle delivery costs are within or better than the delivery costs committed within the approved deal model
  • Direct the efforts of others in the achievement of the strategic and operational objectives of the group
  • Manage the hiring, staffing and maintaining of a diverse and effective workforce
  • Responsible for career development/planning, performance and pay discussions of team members
  • Exercise control over resources, policy formulation and planning
  • Collaborate with subordinate leadership to set strategy and business objectives
  • Influence the strategic and/or longterm focus for the function
  • Provide leadership and direction through lowerlevel managers
  • Implements tactical and strategic change through subordinate managers
  • Provide complex metrics and reporting support to all relevant stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities for Growth and Innovation and support planning and execution for the same
  • Proactively identifies potential issues and drives resolution to avoid customer impact and facilitate continuous improvement
  • Builds and sustains effective communications with all stakeholders and crossfunctional teams in an effort to maximize the customer experience
  • Ensure positive customer experience and satisfaction by developing and executing to a Net Promoter Score (NPS) Action Plan
  • Responsible for holding Customer Governance meetings and accountable for ensuring Crisis Management/Business Continuity Plans are developed and active
  • ​​​​​​​Minimal travel to be expected as needed up to roughly 25%


Basic Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of relevant delivery leadership experience
  • Customer relationship experience at the executive level



Highly Preferred Skills:

  • Experience leading large cross-functional teams
  • Expert knowledge of finance, P&L, contract management, and negotiations
