We are currently seeking a [[Field Tech Supervisor - Staging Center]] to join our team in [[Atlanta]], [[GA]], [[USA]].
Day to Day job Duties:
- Main duties include: Provides front-line supervison to team of Depot Technicians and conducts inventory analysis and mangement. The supervisor will be responsible for assigning work to their direct reports, meeting contractual SLAs, assisting with customer escalations, make recommendations on hiring, firing, promotions and disciplinary actions.They will also be repsonible for equipment forecasting, equipment ordering, inventory reconciliation, and overall accountability of on-hand assets.
- The supervisor will typically have 5 - 7years of relevent experience.
- Update system of record for delivery of equipment orders
- Update asset management information for assets receiving services -Identify potential issues that could adversely impact End User Experience or contractual obligations and assist in creating action plansas well as following action plans
- Utilize asset tracking tools to reconile inventory
- Communicate with equipment vendors and internal Finance on quarterly catalog updates
- Attend weekly meetings with equipment vendors
- Attend weekly internal meetings with Finance, Equipment Refresh and Field Service teams
- Individual will be knowledgeable of ITIL process.
- Provide direct oversight of daily team activities
- Suggests process improvements to field operations, including tool implementation.
- Identifies potential issues that could adversely impact End User experience and follows through on action steps.
- Utilizes advanced tools / technical knowledge to remediate customer problems.
- Escalate to Field Services Management on issues that impact the entire operation.
- Applicants must have active driver’s license.
- Travel between sites is rare but, sometimes required
- Good negotiation skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Continuously improve both individual and team technical skills and knowledge through knowledge share
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of five years’ experience in End user support Desktop support-ITSM - Incident, Request and IMAC
- Minimum of five years’ experience in Desktop support standard applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, Flash player etc. and customized customer applications
- Minimum of five years’ experience in Hardware that included Video conference, Standard Desktop and laptop, Printer, Scanner, Desk Phone, Smarthand support, IMAC-D
- Minimum of five years’ experience in End user support Desktop support-Citrix, Antivirus and MECM Client , Bitlcoker, Cisco, VPN, etc.
- Minimum of five years experience in on-site hands-on Field Servicesin an SLA environment
- Must have valid driver's license and vehicle. May be travel betweensites. Mileage is reimbursed.
- Must be able to pass GBI fingerprinting/backgound check from age 18 and Georgia DOR tax clearance within 30 days of hire date
