We are currently seeking a Global Network and Computer Systems Administrator to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia (US-GA), United States (US).

As a Network engineer, you will support foreign nationals daily, including the administration, maintenance, and problem-solving for these systems. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to address Country Directors, Local IT, and Customers. The employee assigned to Atlanta, GA area should be a US citizen and be willing to travel up to 50% of the time, providing 24x7 operation on-call support.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 2 and 3 technical services for large global tasks.
• Install, integrate, upgrade, operate, administer, and monitor LAN operating systems and servers in a Microsoft environment (CISCO certification preferred).
• Configure and implement applications and software on the LAN file server. Optimize disk storage and backup.
• Maintain network management utilities and audit trails.
• Communicate effectively with Country Directors, ITA, and customers.
• Travel internationally and domestically up to 2-3 weeks per month.
• Be a proactive self-starter with minimal supervision.

Basic Qualifications: 

• Undergraduate/Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience. 
• Minimum 4 years of experience to include: 
  • Maintaining network management utilities and audit trails. 
  • Installing, integrating, upgrading, operating, administering, and monitoring LAN operating systems and servers in a Microsoft environment.
