We are currently seeking a IV&V Project Manager to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia (US-GA), United States (US).

The IV&V Project Manager will lead a team providing IV&V services for GA MMIS and Public Health projects. She/he will actively participate in the delivery of IV&V tasks/activities and associated deliverables. The IV&V Project Manager will facilitate the development of IV&V deliverables and work products, including assessing weekly updates of the client Integrated Project Schedule and the client project. 

The IV&V Team will participate in meetings, review project deliverables provided by the solution vendor and provide written feedback and recommendations on these deliverables to the agency decision-makers to help ensure project success. In addition, the IV&V Team will prepare and deliver Monthly dashboard reports. 
Duties include:
•    Facilitate the development of IV&V deliverables and work products.
•    Coordinate the business and technical assessments of DDI Contractor deliverables such as Project Management Plan and Schedule, Requirements Validation documents, Detailed System Design documents, Data Conversion Plans, Testing Plans and associated results, User Documentation, Training Plans, Implementation Strategies, Implementation and Rollout Plans, and Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery Plans
•    Assess and make recommendations on the management and technical aspects of project implementations
•    Evaluate feasibility of project schedule
•    Validate test results 
 

Basic Qualifications:
•    Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience
•    Minimum 5 years IV&V experience
•    Minimum 3 years MS Project experience
•    Minimum 2 years Public Health experience

•    25% onsite at client location required
•    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 
•    PMP or minimum 10 years PM experience

Preferred Skills
•    Strong problem-solving and customer service skills 
•    Excels at using quantitative data to drive recommendations and decisions 
•    Knowledge of industry standards, PMI, CMMI, NIST, and IEEE 
•    Ability to apply industry best practices and future state/federal mandates to existing systems
•    Familiarity with large public sector IT initiatives
•    Ability to work with limited supervision 
Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $84,000-140,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
