NTT DATA, Inc. currently seeks a “IT Help Desk/Call Center Agent” to join our team in “Atlanta GA”.

Position's General Duties and Tasks

The Computer Operator III processes a range of scheduled routines. In addition to operating the system and resolving common error conditions, this worker diagnoses and acts on machine stoppage and error conditions not fully covered by existing procedures and guidelines (e.g., resetting switches and other controls or making mechanical adjustments to maintain or restore.

In response to computer output instructions or error conditions, the Computer Operator III may deviate from standard procedures if standard procedures do not provide a solution and refers problems which do not respond to corrective procedures to a person of supervisory or higher individual contributor level.


Required Skills:

- Minimum of 1+ year IT related experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues

- HS Diploma or GED

Highly skilled in multi tasking - Highly skilled in typing - Communication skills in both written and verbal are a must. - Must be reliable andable to work independently.


  • proficiency in manipulating and analyzing large healthcare datasets (e.g., EHR, claims)
  • proficiency in statistical analyses, including multivariate modeling techniques,
  • knowledge of epidemiological principles,
  • proficiency in laboratory terminology
  • proficiency in syndromic surveillance
  • proficiency with Python, SAS and R
  • familiarity with programming (e.g., using sql)
  • ability to obtain moderate risk – public trust security clearance.
