NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Salesforce Program Director to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia (US-GA), United States (US).




Position must be able to function as Program Manager. Scrum Certification or PMP certification is preferred.

Senior Leader of Consulting Engagements for: Blueprint, Roadmap, Health Check, Lightning, Governance, and Org Consolidation Salesforce Consulting assessments
In charge of meeting facilitation
In charge of weekly project status meetings
Internal and External customer communication used to gather, guide, and document project and program requirements and expected results
Documentation of all project stages, including but not limited to presentations, requirements, use cases, user stories, flows, program documentation and technical documentation
Configuration of technical frameworks to meet assessment requirements, including but not limited to Salesforce
Research and maintaining best practices on document repositories
Effectively deliver results on several assessment projects
Function in a team lead capacity mentoring and guiding junior level resources
Participate and collaborate on design
Create and maintain positive relationships with multiple internal groups to support on-going assessment development
The Salesforce Engagement Manager has hands on experience implementing Salesforce functionality and can act as a knowledgeable liaison between technical teams, and business stakeholders during the consulting phase.



Job Level Specific Duties

   • Manages multiple medium to large-sized programs or a single highly complex program.
   • Has extensive interaction with senior leadership within the customer.
   • Determines and coordinates the sharing of leveraged resources among projects.
   • Defines and implements program management strategy standards and processes across client engagements.
   • Identifies opportunities and makes recommendations for program management process improvements.

   • 1st Point of escalation that cannot be resolved at the project level

   • Ensure that the project managers, team leads, and project members have the information they need to support effective communication

   • Manages Executive Communications (plan and execute)

   • Provide feedback to project leads

   • Monitor and track plans for implementations across the program

   • Establish and track progress metrics

   • Manage program risk and user expectations

   • Work with project teams to ensure alignment with program startegy


Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of business consulting
  • 5+ years Salesforce and/or other application life cycle implementations
  • Achieve and Maintain Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant and Administration Certifications
  • Experience implementing solutions using agile and waterfall methodology
  • Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred
  • Position must be able to function as Program Manager. Scrum Certification or PMP certification is preferred.



Nice to Have:

Advanced understanding of IT Project Management principles and techniques.  
Demonstrates advanced proficiency in the specific tools that are available and required as part of the company’s project management information system.
Advanced ability to identify, develop and quantify any required corrective action plans.
Advanced ability to ensure that effective project controls are in place to monitor project or program performance.
Advanced capability at providing effective performance reporting for the customer and company in order to monitor the progress of the project.
Advanced facilitation and communication skills.

Experience working with customers to elicit and analyze their requirements, develop designs, and implement Salesforce
Must be willing to work with Developers as needed for complex customization
Experience implementing Salesforce solutions using agile and waterfall methodology
Must also work closely with team members in a collaborative manner to achieve common team objectives
Must also present Prototypes/Demos to business users as required
This resource is also expected to participate in daily stand up meetings as well as all other activities
