We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team in Austin, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support project operations with a strong emphasis on administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who excels at coordination, documentation, and process support. The Project Coordinator will ensure smooth day-to-day operations by managing schedules, maintaining records, and supporting communication across teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to project teams, ensuring efficient coordination of activities
  • Maintain and organize project documentation, files, and records
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and action items, and follow up as needed
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and status updates
  • Coordinate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Support onboarding and offboarding of project resources
  • Manage project tools, shared drives, and collaboration platforms
  • Monitor compliance with internal processes and documentation standards
  • Handle general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and correspondence

 

Minimum Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or support role.
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Experience managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively.
  • Experience with tasks that require high attention to detail and accuracy.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with project management or collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Jira, Asana) is a plus

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $ 78,948 – $ 137,896. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short and long term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally-required benefits.
