We are currently seeking a Info Technology Analyst to join our team in BANGALORE, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

• Developed and managed workflows in the TSM (Telecom Service Management) module, including creating and processing work orders through to completion.
• Developed and customized core ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management to meet business process requirements.
• Automated IT service workflows using Flow Designer and Business Rules, improving process efficiency and reducing manual effort.
• Designed and implemented multiple Flows, Sub-Flows, Actions, and REST Messages using Flow Designer, tailored to customer-specific requirements.
• Developed and configured ServiceNow Virtual Agent conversations using Virtual Agent Designer to automate common service requests and IT support tasks.
• Built and deployed custom conversational flows using ServiceNow Flow Designer, enabling seamless user interactions across ITSM.
• Designed and developed custom scoped applications in ServiceNow to address unique business needs not met by out-of-the-box modules.
•   Built custom reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics widgets using Platform Analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
• Integrated ServiceNow with third-party systems via REST APIs and Integration Hub, enabling seamless data exchange and process automation.
• Utilized monitoring tools such as Power BI and SolarWinds to track system performance and generate real- time operational insights.
• Created comprehensive user training documentation in Confluence, outlining step-by-step instructions, feature overviews, and best practices to support end-user onboarding and adoption.
