Primary responsibilities provide VMware and Windows Server Administration
-Including design, installation, configuration, troubleshooting & optimization.
-Strong knowledge of MS Exchange and M365
-Strong knowledge of Windows Server version 2008 and 2012R2
-Proven track record with support of Active Directory environment
-Microsoft Active Directory and design
- Follow all Processes required for an Incident (Incident Creation Process, Escalation matrix)
- Very good Hands-on experience on MS patch management
- Patching skills with SCCM 2012/2016 and WSUS are mandatory
- Identifying available security, critical and emergency patches or threats
- Act on vulnerabilities identified in timely fashion
- Devise schedule to patch each server at least quarterly
- Create respective change requests and follow up for approvals
- Deploying patches to test servers and follow up with application owners / testing team
- Deploy patches to the production servers of clinical systems when test systems have been signed off
- For servers with no test environment identify any possible issues pre patching
- Coordinating with other teams and within the team in case of failures or in case need rolling back the change.
- Ensure Service Acceptance for any newly upgraded systems or new provisioned systems includes a window for patching
- Maintain a log of issues encountered and schedule for patching
- Assessment & creation of reports to show our compliance
- To keep the stakeholders in loop

Acknowledge and resolve the Incident/Service request as per resolution SLAs
- To assign the Incidents to the relevant Groups if beyond desktop scope.
- If require information or support will co-ordinate with other teams.Must have at least 5-7 years’ of experience working on Data center enviroment
Collaborate with onshore management on projects, Change management and day to day operational issues
Must have thorough knowledge and hands on experience in Datacentre and related technologies like Virtualization, Exchange, AV Management, storage, etc.
Understanding the concepts of datacenter technologies for coordination within datacenter team and other technology teams
Develop processes and perform activities to ensure consistent, high quality service or support levels
Identifies potential problems and work towards process improvements
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Well versed with ITIL framework and other process
Drive continual improvement plan, service improvement plan and ensure SLA & KPI’s are met.
Must be good at documentation and have experience as an auditee
Responsible for approval of technical and process related changes
Should assist in design and implementation of BCP
