We are currently seeking a UAT Engagement Manager to join our team in BANGALORE, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).
Job Description:
- Lead and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities across multiple banking projects.
- t as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, testing teams, and delivery teams
- Hands-on leader with testing applications in a global delivery model with in-depth understanding of testing in a distributed Agile Delivery model
- Single Point of contact for any delivery issues, escalations etc. for the UAT managed service engagement
- Create a delivery transition plan, execute the delivery transition plan to success
- Manage Track and Report all Project KPIs
- Drive defect triage, resolution tracking, and sign-off processes.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communication throughout the UAT lifecycle.- Team Management - Lead multiple test leads on projects and/or as part of a large complex program
- Reviewing UAT Test and Automation Testing Strategy
- Demonstrating expertise in software test design, test execution, automation, defect management, defect analysis and prevention plan in a true agile delivery model
- Focusing on continuous QA improvements including usage of appropriate testing tools, test techniques, test automation.
- Establish trust and maintain a excellent working relationship with internal / external stakeholders, Partners and liaise with development and support leaders to ensure a successful end-to-end delivery
- Manage Delivery project process from internal and external perspective
Skillset:
- Atleast 10 years of experience in Testing with 4 years of relevant experience in Managing large and complex testing teams
- Proven experience in UAT planning, execution, and reporting.
- Experience of test case design, test data management, and defect lifecycle management.
- Hands-on experience with test management tools (Preferably Rally or similar).
- Basic Experience with core banking systems, CRM platforms, and digital channels
- Experience in SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Familiarity with API testing, data validation, and integration testing.
- Ability to interpret functional specifications, BRDs, and solution documents.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities.
- High attention to detail and quality orientation.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- ISTQB or equivalent testing certification.
- PMP or Agile certification is a plus.
- Prior experience in large-scale banking transformation programs
Other Mandatory Requirements:
1. Must be ready to work in Global Village, Bangalore
2. Must be ready to work in 2:00 PM to 12:30 PM IST Shift
3. Hybrid Model - 3 days / week in office (during steady state)
