We are currently seeking a Project Manager/ Product owner / Scrum Master to join our team in BGL, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Project Manager/ Product owner / Scrum Master

We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager / Product Owner / Scrum Master to lead end-to-end product delivery, manage stakeholder expectations, drive Agile execution, and ensure successful delivery of business outcomes. This role combines product ownership, project management, and Scrum leadership responsibilities, serving as the bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements, translating them into epics, features, and user stories.
• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities and customer needs.
• Lead Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Facilitate collaboration between business, technology, architecture, QA, and operations teams.
• Track and report project status, sprint progress, velocity, KPIs, and delivery metrics to stakeholders.
• Remove impediments and coach teams on Agile, Scrum, and continuous improvement practices.
• Drive release planning, UAT coordination, change management, and production readiness activities.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality solutions that meet business goals and customer expectations.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Product Management, and Project Delivery.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile delivery models, and software product development.
• Proficiency with Agile and project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional, distributed, and multi-vendor teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field..
• 8+ years of experience in Agile delivery, project management, product ownership, or program management roles.
