Oracle technical, forms, workflow and interfaces

Experience in the design, development, and support of Oracle EBS suite customizations and interfaces
Experience working in support projects technically resolving bug fixes or new enhancements
Good experience in Oracle technical stack like Oracle SQL/PL-SQL, oracle reports, XML Reports, Oracle forms, PL.SQL programming using standard API
Technical understanding of SCM and Finance modules related tables, interfaces, and APIs.
Performance tuning, error handling, and exception logging for interface processes.
Knowledge of Oracle EBS Workflows will be desirable
Good Knowledge on ITSM Process and able to resolve tickets within SLA
Flexible to work on APAC and extended EMEA shift
Oncall support during week ends to address any P1/P2 issues
