We are currently seeking a Salesforce Project Manager to join our team in BLR/HYD/CHN/NOI/PUN/GUR, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Role: Salesforce Project Manager

Should have 12+ years of work experience in Salesforce.com Projects or at least 3 projects end to end Salesforce.com implementation project and proven experience in enterprise-level projects

• 12-16 years of hands-on experience in developing Salesforce solutions
• Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and interactive when online 
• Should have great exposure in general CRM functionalities
• Good knowledge on Apex, SOQL, XML/JSON, Visualforce, LWC and JavaScript
• Hands on experience on Sales Cloud/Service /Experience Cloud (Communities)
• Strong understanding of Salesforce declarative and administration
• Salesforce Administration, PD1/PD2, Salesforce  Sales Cloud Consultant certifications
• Liaise with internal clients and users to understand their business needs in developing solutions
• Experience in working in Agile environment.
• Good communication skills and able to work independently on requirements.
• Collaborate with project/business teams to reproduce, analyse, and fix issues. Demonstrate ownership and accountability through self-directed task management.
•  Should have great exposure in general CRM functionalities
• Good experience in team management.
• Good to have knowledge on Salesforce Clouds

• An agile-certified Project Manager responsible for:
• Ensuring on-time, quality-assured delivery of the agreed development work
• Managing the development team, including attending daily stand-up meetings
• Acting as Scrum Master if required, depending on whether Surya wishes to continue in this role, which he has been performing informally this year
• Knowledge of Salesforce is preferred by the client but is not essential
• Attending frequent meetings with the Project stakeholders to support the day-to-day running of the project,
