We are currently seeking a Senior .NET Full stack Devloper to join our team in Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania (US-PA), United States (US).

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in API development, legacy application modernization, cloud technologies, and AI-assisted software engineering practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming legacy .NET Framework applications into modern, scalable, cloud-ready solutions while leveraging AI tools to accelerate development, testing, code quality, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

Full Stack Development

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications using C#, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, .NET Framework 4.x, .NET 6/7/8, and modern front-end frameworks.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly applications using Angular, React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.
• Implement scalable and maintainable architecture following industry best practices and coding standards.

API Development & Integration

• Design and develop RESTful APIs and microservices using ASP.NET Core.
• Integrate applications with internal and external systems through APIs, messaging platforms, and service-oriented architectures.
• Implement API security using OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT, Azure Entra ID (Azure AD), and other authentication mechanisms.

Legacy Application Modernization

• Assess and analyze existing .NET Framework 4.x applications for modernization opportunities.
• Migrate monolithic applications to modern .NET (6/7/8) architectures.
• Refactor legacy code, eliminate technical debt, and improve application performance and maintainability.
• Modernize authentication and authorization mechanisms to support cloud-native identity solutions.
• Re-architect applications for containerization and cloud deployment on Azure.

Cloud & DevOps

• Develop CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.

AI-Driven Development & Testing

• Leverage GitHub Copilot, Azure OpenAI, Cursor AI, and AI-assisted development tools to improve development productivity.
• Utilize AI for code generation, code reviews, refactoring, documentation, and unit test creation.
• Implement AI-assisted automated testing strategies for functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Evaluate and adopt emerging AI technologies to improve software delivery and engineering efficiency.
• Establish best practices for responsible and secure use of AI in the software development lifecycle.

Quality & Engineering Excellence

• Develop comprehensive unit,  and end-to-end test suites.
• Perform code reviews and enforce secure coding practices.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA teams, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in software development using Microsoft technologies.
• Strong expertise in:
  • C#
  • ASP.NET MVC
  • ASP.NET Core
  • .NET Framework 4.x
  • .NET 6/7/8
  • Entity Framework
  • SQL Server
• Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Hands-on experience modernizing legacy applications.
• Strong understanding of software architecture patterns and design principles.
• Experience with Azure cloud services and DevOps practices.
• Experience with Git source control and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
