NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Account Service Specialist Advisor to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).



l. Develops and takes overall ownership of a Continuous Service Improvement Programme (CSIP) for NTT service delivery in line with business cost justifications.
In collaboration with the Performance Manager and the Customer Services Manager coordinates and supports general marketing and communications with current and potential customers including the production of marketing materials, the planning of campaigns to meet specific objectives and the staging of events.
Obtains evidence that Service Delivery Managers are conforming to processes and that process owners are developing and implementing processes and improvements on a continuous basis.
Sponsors the implementation of the ITIL programme and related projects, ensuring that inter-dependencies are managed.
Contributes to Business Support operations working as a team proactively for the benefit of the Corporate NTT service.
Delivers the priorities set out in the NTT Team Plan and overall targets and aspirations of the Department as defined in own PDR by implementing designated objectives.
Ensures compliance with procedures and standards.
Provides performance data in a timely and accurate manner using appropriate tools.
Manages resources in a project environment, including planning and estimating of resource requirements and their effective deployment. 
Manages NTT risks and mitigation related to the purpose of the job.
Adopts industry best practice for NTT service management (ITIL) and promotes and delivers continuous service improvement.
Encourages collaborative and consistent working practices across NTT teams by aiding the development of a ‘one NTT service’ culture across the Council.
