We are currently seeking a Asset Analyst - Networking to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Maintain and govern the CMDB, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of all network-related Configuration Items (CIs).
  • Define and control the components of services and infrastructure, ensuring traceability and compliance with internal standards.
  • Lead strategic initiatives to improve CMDB data quality, including the design and implementation of new or enhanced configuration management systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to extract, analyze, and report on asset data, supporting operational and strategic decision-making.
  • Conduct training sessions and presentations to educate stakeholders on CMDB processes and best practices.
  • Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to configuration and asset management policies.
  • Support network monitoring integration efforts, including agent deployment and alert routing.
  • Monthly Network Asset reports to Senior Leadership (Including EOL, new assets added, old asset removals, assets by support team, and more)

Knowledge and Attributes:

 

  • Strong analytical and reasoning skills with the ability to interpret complex IT processes and policies.
  • Proficiency in ITIL-based configuration and asset management practices.
  • Experience with CMDB tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and network monitoring platforms (e.g., SolarWinds).
  • Ability to work collaboratively across global, multicultural teams.
  • Effective communication skills for engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Understanding of IT infrastructure and its role in enabling business objectives.
  • Seasoned analytical and reasoning skills
  • Seasoned ability to interpret complex processes and policies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse, global, and multicultural community.
  • Ability to present information at various levels of the organization.
  • Seasoned knowledge of the role IT plays in enabling the business objectives to be met.
  • Ability to use, understand and interpret the SACM Process policies and procedures to ensure adherence.
  • Achievement driven, and delivery focused while maintaining the required quality.

Displays impeccable client service orientation.

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a Computer Science or Information Technology field, or related field.

 

Required experience:

  • Seasoned experience in a configuration management role in an Information Technology Services environment.

Seasoned demonstrable experience working with internal and external stakeholders
