We are currently seeking a Automation Anywhere Administrator to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Job Duties: We are looking for a Senior Automation Anywhere Administrator with strong hands-on experience in Automation Anywhere A360, Agent Automation, and AI-driven / Agentic Process Automation. This role is responsible for end-to-end RPA platform administration while also enabling AI skill development, cognitive automation, and next-generation autonomous agent solutions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
•    Automation Anywhere Platform Administration
•    Administer, configure, and support the Automation Anywhere A360 Control Room
•    Manage user access, RBAC, licenses, credentials, and device pools
•    Configure and maintain Bot Runners, Bot Creators, and Agent Automations
•    Monitor bot executions, queues, schedules, and overall agent health
•    Provide L2/L3 production support, including incident troubleshooting and root cause analysis
•    Perform platform upgrades, patching, and routine maintenance
•    Ensure adherence to RPA governance, security, compliance, and audit standards

Agent Automation & AI Enablement:
•    Configure, deploy, and manage agent-based automations
•    Support agent orchestration, workload balancing, and execution optimization
•    Enable and support AI Skill development within Automation Anywhere
•    Integrate and manage AI-powered capabilities, including:
•    Document Automation
•    IQ Bot and cognitive services
•    Generative AI connectors (where applicable)

Collaborate closely with RPA developers, solution architects, and stakeholders to productionize AI-enhanced and agent-based automation solutions

Minimum Skills Required: Mandatory Skills
•    Strong hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere A360 (Admin / Control Room)
•    Experience in Agent Automation is an added advantage
•    Experience enabling and supporting AI Skills in Automation Anywhere
•    Exposure to Agentic Process Automation concepts and AI-driven workflows
•    Experience managing Bot Runners, queues, schedules, and devices
•    Strong troubleshooting skills in production RPA environments
•    Knowledge of Windows OS, services, and basic networking

•    Automation Anywhere certification (Advanced / Master)
•    Experience with IQ Bot, Document Automation, or GenAI features
•    Knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI orchestration concepts
•    Exposure to API integrations and AI services (REST, cloud AI services)
•    Experience with Citrix / VDI / Virtual Machines
•    Cloud exposure (AWS / Azure)
•    Familiarity with ITIL processes
